The Administration Division establishes the vision, mission, and objectives for the City. Working in conjunction with the senior leadership team, the Director develops a strategic technology plan, establishes a budget and executes initiatives designed to enhance productivity complies with various regulatory mandates and meets the needs of citizens and businesses.
The Help Desk Division provides technical support for all departments within the City of East Point. Our team of highly experienced technicians provides assistance to East Point employees’ onsite and remotely with a variety of technical related issues, including hardware, software, email, and printing.
Our Network Division is compromised of two system administrators who are responsible for installation and maintenance of switches, routers, firewalls, servers, email, VOIP, wireless and mobile communications. Also, under the purview are the print management and LAN/WAN connections citywide.
