Announcement: Downtown Film Closure. Please Note: This series of filming and special events will impact the City’s parking lots. East Point Warming Center

East Point staff are prepared for the anticipated severe weather expected in our area this weekend. Our Public Safety officials will be on standby to open the Jefferson Park Recreation Center as a Warming Center for those in need. The facility will be able to accommodate up to 80 people. Masks are required. Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided to those in need.

Record Restriction

Applications are being accepted to request restriction of an arrest record for non-violent crimes committed in East Point. The $25 application fee will be waived for the first eight applications. Applications will be reviewed by Solicitor Antavius Weems.
