Groundbreaking Ceremony Held for Diverging Diamond Interchange

On August 23, The Georgia Department of Transportation, Aerotropolis Atlanta CIDs, and the City of East Point broke ground for the Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) at Camp Creek Parkway and I-285. This $12.2 million dollar project is expected to be complete in late 2019. The DDI will improve the flow of traffic while increasing driver safety.
