Leaves must be placed in the space behind the curb, and not blocking the sidewalk or in the roadway.

Sometimes parked cars in the road can prohibit crews from reaching leaf piles. Residents also may miss pick-up because of leaves raked after the street has been serviced. Pick-up can be scheduled under these circumstances. However, the City will not service a scheduled pick-up request until the entire route has been completed.

Yes. Bagging is always recommended, and is required from March through September. As a reminder, yard trash (e.g. tree trimmings and twigs) is required to be bagged, bundled and containerized year round, and should not exceed 50 pounds per bag, bundle or container.

Leaves should be placed by 7:00 AM according to your regular sanitation collection.

The collection schedule is altered. Leaf pickup is scheduled the day following a major holiday.  The City observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin
