Welcome to the City of East Point online Utility bill payment system.  This system will allow you to pay your Utility bill online. You will need your bill which will have your account number.

If your bill contains a reconnect fee or your account requires reconnection, you MUST contact the Customer Service office to have your service restored.  This cannot be done with the online Utility bill payment system.

If this is your first time using the system you will have to create a new pin using the “Create PIN” option on the left of the screen.
