The Human Resources Department strives to ensure that City of East Point salaries are competitive. The mission of the Human Resource Department is to support the City by developing and implementing high quality, state-of-the art personnel programs, thereby allowing employees to focus their efforts on providing East Point citizens services that enhance their quality of life. The Department supports 15 municipal departments and a workforce of approximately 580 employees. Collaboratively working with City leadership and employees, we strive to create and improve programs that are designed to attract and retain the brightest, most talented and dedicated employees.
